Seriously, how cool are the photography of Ruven Afanador! Columbian photographer, he started his career between NY and Milan. But it was in Italy that he found the doors of fashion fame opening to him. We already review his amazing Italian Elle Editorial , but in the nineties his photography revamped Vogue, New York Times and Vanity Fair editorials. Ruven photography is evocative and full of fantasy, with a focus on the garments in pretty much every shot. He is represented by Art Dept Agency

Check out this new song from the Black Eyed Peas’ . It’s been almost five years since their last album came out. In that time, Fergie has had 3 solo number one hits and sold millions of records as a solo artist, while Will.I.Am has gone on to produce songs for everyone from the Pussycat Dolls to Celine Dion so it makes sense that their new album has been delayed. Their highly anticipated new album The E.N.D. hits stores later this summer. I HATE “boom boom pow” but this song is amazing.

| Enormous Treehouse Restaurant in the Center of Town Posted: 18 May 2009 09:14 PM PDT Check out this amazing tree house restaurant in Japan.
It features a realistic imitation of a Banyan Tree. Towering above the surrounding town, it is a spectacle to see. According to their website, the Naha Harbor Diner claims to offer "farm-fresh vegetables, juicy chickens and pork" and "native salts." Their menu boasts delicious sounding meals such as: Swimming Crab Tomato Pasta, Carpacio of beef with salad of green papaya, and Smoked Duck Breast with fruit.

The Travels of Bad is an exhibition at Rooke gallery in Johannesburg which features multiple installations by Zander Blom. Artist's statement: The Travels of bad is essentially a satire that looks critically at the influence that exotic cultures and their artifacts have had on the avant-garde system of European visual art from the end of the 19th century onwards.The critique comes in the shape of mini-novella that is illustrated by a series of photographic works and accompanied by a pseudo rock-opera type symphonic drone thrash metal rock album.
